Creative Engineers Ltd., is the leading Company for Supplying, Installations and Commissioning of LIFTS & ESCALATOR as the sole distributor of world-famous Swiss brand SCHINDLER in Bangladesh. We are expanding our team and looking for potential candidates for below position.

Job Responsibilities:
§ Propose, Design, and Implement a strategic business development plan
§  Regular market visits, creating a potential customer base, and meetings with potential clients
§ Create and maintain strong and sustainable stakeholder relationships in all possible ways
§  Prepare price quotations and correspondent with clients regarding prices through mail/phone 
§  Prepare dynamic sales reports on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis
§  Develop and grow the brand’s position in the market area.

§   Ensures customer satisfaction and solves complaints

§ Participate in developing marketing plans and strategies with HOD aims to foster sales growth

§ Validates the contents of the order received from the customer including negotiation, process outcome, terms and conditions, quality, and safety.

§ Stay updated on the latest advancements and innovations in the Lift industry.

Employment Status: Full-time
 
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s in EEE from any recognized University.
 
Experience Requirements:
§  0 to 3 years experience in the building and elevator industry.

 
Additional Qualifications:

-     Excellent communication in English
-     Excellent interpersonal, and analytical skills
-     Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel
