Must be able to achieve monthly Sales, Collection
& Recovery target & maintain the growth of revenue. 2.
Design and implement a strategic business plan
that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence. 3.
Able to do regular market visit, meeting with
existing and potential clients. 4.
Manage client relationship through all phases
of the sales cycle. 5.
Able to convince the prospecting customer. 6.
Build strong, long-lasting & healthy
relationships with clients. 7.
Must have team working attitude and mentality. 8.
Adhering to all the rules and regulations of

Forecast future sales through analysis of

Job Responsibilities:

1. Attend customers call back; 2. Execute CPSI (Confirmation Program of Safety Inspection); 3. Close NC (Non-Compliance) case; 4. Expert and Maintenance visit; 5. Executive DLFI (Directive Letter Field Information) and FI
(Field Information); 6. Monitor and provide required support to execute all assigned
task (Housekeeping, repair, and CPSI) in his root; 7. Report of all activities to the line manager, customer, call
center, department’s head, as nature of incident; 8. Report maintenance problems to line manager; 9. Report cases of elevator/escalator physical damage to
customers and line manager, and department’s head; 10. Report cases of elevator/escalator’s faulty spare parts to
store, line manager, and department’s head; 11. Report all hazardous conditions or equipment to line
manager; 12. Execute all kind to repair jobs as appointed; 13. Support other team to make sure smooth implementation of
elevator/escalator’s maintenance processes; 14. Follow company-defined safety rules; 15. Maintain a positive relationship with employees and client; 16. Maintain the confidentiality of company information. |
