CEL has established these services to monitor the route, provide traffic safety, reverse direction, vehicle cruise detection, emergency and road assistance.

CEL has installed traffic measurement sensors for the control and monitoring of traffic flow acquiring detailed information about the vehicle alongwith with travel time & traffic road status from different analysis methods.
Traffic Signalization Systems:
